Congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for choosing Meraki Salon to help celebrate your special day. We understand all of the hard work and meticulous planning that goes into making your day a true success. Our artistic team also knows the way you look and feel on that day is directly related to your beauty experiences prior to the big event. We have taken care of many beautiful brides and their bridal parties, and as a result we know exactly which questions to ask to get you organized. Please complete this form and return at least 3 months prior to your wedding date.

*Bridal Hair $150 Which includes a practice run and any pre wedding consulting such as picture sharing or other accommodations. If you wish to skip the practice run, the price of your Bridal hair is $85.

*Bridal Makeup Trial $85

* Bridal Party Up-do $65 for first hour. If more time is needed, an extra charge may benapplied. If less than an hour is needed, it’s still $65.

* Short Hair (none up) $50.00

* Brides Makeup $100 (includes lashes)

On Site Services

* Blow Dry Style for Short Hair (none up) $70.00

* Brides Makeup $110 (includes lashes)

* Bridal Party Makeup $95 (includes lashes)

All trials are done at Meraki unless otherwise requested elsewhere.

Preview Schedule

Previews (trials) are not required, but recommended. Previews should be scheduled at least 2 months in advance and are typically done at least 10 weeks prior to wedding. Previews are nonrefundable. (Payment for hair trial is due at the completion of hair preview. Can be cash or card)
The trial can be scheduled by calling Meraki at 419-214-0025 or book online at merakisalonstudio.com When you come in for your preview, I recommend that you bring • Your headpiece, jewelry, and/or hair extensions • Pictures of hairstyles and makeup that you like • A digital camera or mobile phone with camera capabilities • A picture of your dress and flowers • Someone whose opinion you value • It is recommended to wear a white shirt that has a similar neckline to your dress. Be sure you can easily remove your shirt without ruining your hair and makeup (zipper, button-down) •If the trial is not at the salon, remember to clear off the working area (table) and set up near working outlets. A table is needed to layout the hair/makeup kits. Be sure the area is away from food or delicate items. The working area is preferable near natural light (window) or with ample lighting. Thank You!

Special Information for the Bride and her Wedding Party on the Wedding Day
As part of your service, I provide a timeline/schedule for the morning of to help things run as smoothly as possible! It is important all party members are aware of and ready for their time slot. This helps to ensure we stay on time for the day and ultimately allows for an easier flow for your morning. Remember to bring any hair accessories, jewelry, hair extensions, and/or veil to the appointment. Let me know of any and all allergies, skin concerns/issues or anything else that may impact the hair and/or makeup services. Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry, and smooth hair unless otherwise instructed by me. For makeup appointments, please have a fresh clean face with light moisturizer on. Please consider bringing your own skincare if you have allergies (eg. moisturizer and a cleanser). Remember to wear a button-down shirt or something that can very easily be removed as to not affect the makeup application or hairstyle. If Meraki's bridal team is coming to your venue of choice, please clear off the working area (table) and set up near working outlets. A table is needed to layout the hair/makeup kits. Be sure the area is away from food or delicate items. The working area is preferable near natural light (window) or with ample lighting. Please keep this area limited to just the person being worked on. A space area with a ton of people, children running around and chaois isn't the setting we're able to do our best work in. And it's not the setting we want for our bride. Thank You!

to the deposit of $200 upon request to secure the appointments, once agreed upon.
Balance due will be paid at the time of service. I understand the deposit will not be
refunded upon cancellation unless 72 hours notice is given by me. I understand that no
refund will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment, or
decide within 72 hours they no longer wish to have services on the day of the event.
And will be charged to the card on file. Our wedding team devotes their entire Saturday
shift to tending to your big day, and simply can’t take time away from being in the salon
servicing other paying clients to then be canceled at the last minute. In the event you
are unsure of a definite count, it’s totally ok! Let’s get you booked with plenty of time,
and we can finalize the list as we get closer to wedding day.
