    The Old Wall Historical Society (OWHS) will hold its annual flea market at 1701 New Bedford Road, Wall, NJ 07719 on Sunday, May 4, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

    As a vendor, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations provided by OWHS, which allow me to sell merchandise on the terms set forth in the agreement below. I understand that my agreement may be revoked for violations of the agreement.


    1. OWHS does NOT provide tents, tables, or chairs for use by vendors. 


    2. This event is outdoors. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own tent and/or umbrella. 15’ x 15’ spaces are large enough to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ tent.


    3. THERE ARE NO PRE-ASSIGNED SPACES. Vendors will be directed to a space in the order that they arrive the morning of the event. Exhibitors must set up their displays on the day of the event between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS! 


    4. Each space must be staffed during event hours and remain staffed for the entire duration of the event.


    5. Payment is required immediately following the signing of this agreement and must be received by OWHS by April 30, 2025 otherwise space will be forfeited. Food vendors are $100 per space, and all other merchandise vendors are $50 per space. This agreement will be revoked in the instance of non-payment. Payment is accepted via Venmo @oldwallnj (put your business name or first and last name in memo) or via check.

    Make all checks payable to Old Wall Historical Society and mail to:

    Include your full name and business name with your check. This agreement must be signed prior to payment. NO REFUNDS. This event is rain or shine.


    6. Vendor assumes sole risk of loss, theft, or damage to merchandise and other personal property belonging to vendor. By signing this agreement, you hereby indemnify the OWHS and the Wall Township Board of Education for any property damage or personal injury on the property at OWHS.


    7. Food vendors must provide OWHS with a copy of insurance as well as certificates from the Wall Township Fire Department and the Board of Health.

     

    8. All vendors must clean up their space after the event. No items may be left behind.
