Summary The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all payments and providing all technical requirements involved with this Contract Mad Hatter Entertainment referred to as "The Host" is responsible for providing you "The Client" services detailed in this Agreement. The Client seeks to engage the Host for DJ/Entertainment services at the price identified below. AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS The following terms and conditions apply to this agreement; ● Mad Hatter Entertainment shall arrive at the event location at least one to two hour(s) before the starting time of the event to set-up and perform necessary consultation and logistics to prepare for the event. ● The client shall provide the necessary equipment needed for the host to perform his duties (10' X 10' area (minimum) on flat level dry ground, a 110v 15amp power source (regular household electrical outlet) that may NOT be shared with others! (disregard if generator services have been arranged in advance) ● Mad Hatter Entertainment is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client ● In the case of additional hours requested after the end time outlined above, both parties shall discuss and agree on additional services and additional charges, payable the day of the engagement. ● The total fee agreed upon for this service is $1200 USD for the duration of the event outlined above. A deposit of $200 USD is to be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Full payment is due on or before the day of the event ● If the Client wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give the host at least 30 business days’ notice from the date of the event specified above. ● Any cancellation after this point will result in the client remitting the DEPOSIT to the host unless otherwise discussed and agreed. ● The terms of the contract are terminated at the end of the event. This contract shall be rendered void unless a signed copy of this agreement is received within 60 business days of the date below
