If approved, we'll finalize and send an invoice covering the application fee and itemized receipt for the items ordered. WE ONLY ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENT (no checks are permitted).
BOOTH LATE FEE TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO FIRST EVENT DATE
There is a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) additional fee applied to any booths or food trucks that apply less than two (2) weeks prior to the First Event Date.
25% EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND ELECTRICAL ORDER LATE FEE APPLIES 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE
Orders received less than 7 days prior to event date will be charged an additional 25% to the rental or service fee
THERE WILL BE NO EXHIBIT SALES SEVEN (7) DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE.
POWER NOTE: You are responsible to bring your own adapter. Should you wish Hollywood Lights to provide an adapter, you must submit your request at least 10 days prior to event with photo. There may be an additional fee from Hollywood Lights
*Night Market Note: Night Market Exhibit Fee includes a battery powered light. Should you need additional lighting, standard electrical requirement fees will apply.
-Exhibit fees are due PRIOR to the start of move-in (2 weeks prior).
-All exhibitors are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the event. If you do not have insurance, we can provide for you for an additional fee of $75 per event.
-If you are sampling or selling food, you must have proper food handling permits.
We love to help market your offerings! If you sign on to participate in our events, please feel free to send us a document with info on what you'll be offering in your booth, social media handles, etc. and we'll do our best to incorporate into our marketing plans.
