Beginning Piano with Music Appreciation • Mondays (11 weeks) • 8:30am-9:20am PST • Sept. 5 – Nov. 14, 2022 • This beginning piano class focuses on piano basics; learning to read notes, read rhythms, play scales, play basic chords and other tools essential to play any style of music. This is a great way to introduce your student to the joy of playing. This class will prepare to progress students to the next level.

This class will focus on beginning students learning the fundamentals of music and playing the guitar in a fun and relaxed setting while acquiring the tools, knowledge, and technique to study and play style of music you love! Each class will leave you invigorated and ready to learn more/ We will continue building the foundation of reading, read rhythms, play scales, play chords and other tools essential to play any style of music. Learn to read music properly and memorize music notes without using rhymes or mnemonics. Create your own little songs and gain an understanding of how harmony and chords work. Play with other individuals. Get a rock-solid understanding of music theory.
