  • SALON POLICIES | PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY 

    1. Please arrive on time to your appointment. We allow a fifteen minute grace period. If you are going to be more than fifteen minutes late, please contact (480)353-1207 to notify us. If we are able to make schedule accomodations we will do so. If we are not able to make accomodations due to you being more than fifteen minutes late we will need to cancel/reschedule. 
    2. No additional guests allowed during your appointment. We are an intimate salon environment. If you must bring a guest, there is a lobby for them to wait in. 

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of your schedueld appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
    2. Cancellation fee must be paid prior to rescheduling. This fee will go towards your rebooked service.
    3. No call/No show will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service. No future services will be able to be booked.  

    REFUND POLICY

    1. No refunds on any services. If any issues may arrise, please contact    (480)353-1207 within 72 hours of service. Any issues past 72 hours will be treated as a charged service.
