This contract is between Hubbard Esthetics (the "Business/Seller/Owner") and You (the "Customer/Client/Recipient")

This agreement is for the quarterly purchase of Your Favorite Box. This is a purposeful bundle that supports your beauty, skin, and selfcare while also supporting local, small, or minority owned businesses. Your carefully selected items sourced only from this hardworking and underserved community will be shipped to your home in April, July, October, and January. Thank you for committing to care for yourself on behalf of these special providers.
Payment schedule

The Client will pay the Business $75.00.

Cancellation
I understand I can cancel my subscription anytime but will give 30 days written notice prior to the billing dates of April 1st, July 1st, October 1st, and January 1st. If notice is given less than 30 days out from the closest billing cycle, I understand I will be charged for the upcoming box.

Return Policy
I understand that due to the nature of this subscription box and its contents, there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Release of Liability
I understand that the contents of my box are for cosmetic, consumable, topical, or relaxation purposes only and are not meant to treat or cure any disease or health conditions. I will read instructions and use products as directed. I release Hubbard Esthetics of any liability when using the products contained in my box.
