Photoprop LTD retains the right to use all imagery and videography from this project for any advert or self-promotion including but not limited to posting the images or videos on our social media pages, printing on banners, and on the photoprop website.

Revoking this right will restrict Photoprop Ltd from using content shot for any kind of advert or self-promotion including.
I will like to have exclusive ownership rights of all imagery and videography content from this project (Revoking this right for exclusive ownership comes at an additional charge of 60% of the agreed booking fee)

- BOOKING INFORMATION
- BOOKING FEE
  
  The booking fee is due upon booking and is non refundable. This fee secures your session booking and the current pricing structure.
  
  Charges specified may differ according to customized specifications given by the client.
  
  The booking fee covers:
  All props and backdrops used during product shoots ~ Styling of products ~ Styling products consultation ~ In-house hand and foot models used during product shoots ~ Shooting of product photos ~ Editing of product photos ~ Revisions ~ Unlimited access to a personal drive containing all edited product photos.
- SHOOT PROGRESS
  
  After shooting has commenced, the client will be provided with unedited shots to assess and confirm styling of each image before taken to the editing phase. All images will be watermarked and do not represent the final look of product pictures.
- EDITING AND TURN OVER TIME
  
  All images selected by the client after shooting will undergo editing and retouching phase. Turn over time for editing is between 5 - 10 business days per 10 images depending on the complexity of the product shoot.
- CONTENT DELIVERY FORMAT
  
  All images and videos produced will be delivered in JPEG and MP4 format respespectively.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS (E-COMMERCE ONLY)
  
  Styling booked under this package is determined solely by Photopropmedia.
  
  1 revision is allowed per edited photo.
  
  TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MAX PACKAGE ONLY)
  
  Styling booked under this package can be suggested by client but final set up is determined by Photopropmedia.
  
  1 revision is allowed per edited photo.
  
  OTHER INFORMATION
  
  The number of products booked per shooting session depends entirely on the client.
  To avoid overcrowded shots. It is highly recommended to book higher packages for larger number of products.
  
  OTHER CHARGES
  
  In event of on-site shooting, transport of the photographer(s) including equipment to and from the site is taken care of by the client.
  
  Opting for the express service and/or the use of professional models incur extra costs
  
  For on-site shooting, a charge of Ghc100 will be charged to the client per each cancellation and rescheduling of a photoshoot date and time.
  
  For in-studio shooting, a charge of Ghc50 will be charged to the client per week for failure to pick up items from the studio two weeks after project completion has been communicated to you.

- CANCELLATION RIGHTS
  
  Photopropmedia reserves the right to cancel any booking or contract for the following reasons:
  
  - information given to us is found to be inconclusive or fraudulent
  
  - contractual reasons including but not limited to; non-payment, missed payments, non-cooperation, verbal or emotional abuse by clients or parties in relation to clients
  
  - contract procession is interrupted by an unforeseen disaster and client and photopropmedia cannot come to a reschedule agreement
  
  Upon cancellation of any contract due to unforseen disaster. Photopropmedia agrees to return the unused Booking Fee to the Client and will have no further liability to the Client with respect to this Agreement.
