    The Bobby Henline Foundation, doing business as Forging Forward, is working with LifeWork Adapter to provide FREE adaptive power tool sets to Military Veterans and First Responders.

    The adaptive power tool sets will be provided by LifeWork Adapter in part by sponsorship through Forging Forward and other non-profit organizations. As the funding arrives, LifeWork Adapter will process the the person at the top of the list and the adaptive tool set will be sent out to the veteran or first responder.

    LifeWork Adapter supplies the kits, supporting videos, manual and information to get the person with the prosethic started in using the power tools.

    LifeWork Adapter will schedule Zoom calls with reciepients of the adaptive power tool set to ensure the set fits your specific needs.

    COST TO THE RECEIPIENT OF THE LIFEWORK ADAPTIVE POWER TOOLS: ZERO

    For our organizations to be able to provide a significant amount of FREE ADAPTIVE POWER TOOL SETS, we need a list of 100 names and phone numbers to assist us with additional funding. We currently have 30 names.

    • Military : DD214 OR current ID Card - please hide the Social Security number.
    • EMTs / Paramedics can use a state license, a EMT / Paramedic certification issued within the past 48 months, or an ID Card with their name and title on it.
    • Firefighters can use an ID card with their name and title on it, a firefighter certification issued within the past 48 months, or an unexpired membership card.
    • Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) can use a valid ID card that states their name and title, a pay stub that shows their occupational title, or a LEO certification issued within the past 48 months. Federal LEOs can use your SF-50.
    • 911 Dispatchers can use an ID Card with their name and title on it or a 911 Dispatcher certification issued within the past 48 months.
    • Correctional Officers can use a valid ID card that states their name and title, a pay stub that shows their occupational title, or a Correctional Officer certification issued within the past 48 months.
    • Retired First Responders can use a retiree ID card, retirement certificate, etc.
