The registration fee is $60 which includes coffee/beverages, lunch, and materials on Friday.

Please register each person individually by Monday, June 13th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. Payment methods include checks or credit cards. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

Lodging: Anna Broadhead of WSTIP is kindly assisting with lodging needs. If you plan to arrive the night before the meeting on Tuesday, June 21st, and need a room, please fill out WSTIP's registration form by clicking the lodging button on the WSTA website. Please note that if you reserve a room for Tuesday, June 21st you are responsible for covering that cost. For WSTA members who need to stay an additional night on Wed., June 22nd and are not staying for the WSTIP meeting you are responsible for your room cost for the additional night. The deadline for lodging is May 31, 2022.

WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on June 13, 2022, either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
