Deposit Policy
In order to hold your appointment time, we require a deposit of $40.00. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please let us know no less than 24 hours before your appointment time. You may call the hospital at 410-484-4041 or email us at info@stevensonvillagevet.com. Please be sure to include your information, your pet’s information and the appointment day and time.New clients will be required to pay a $40.00 deposit to hold their first appointment date and time. If the appointment is kept, the credit will go towards the first appointment charges. The deposit can be refunded provided that the client cancels their appointment up to the day before the scheduled appointment. Any same day no show, cancellations or rescheduling of the appointment will result in the forfeit of the total deposit.This policy was put in place due to the overwhelming numbers of new clients not showing up for their scheduled appointments which takes away valuable spots for our current patients.
