• B-PAC Contribution Form

B-PAC (Bondsmen-Political Action Committee) contribution funds from members are exclusively used to pay for legislative representation for our industry, and all funds are deposited into an OBA B-PAC separate account from the OBA general fund. Quarterly and annual reports of these funds are reported to the Ethics Commission. The OBA B-PAC is a way for the industry to support law makers who understand the importance of the bail industry. A donation to the campaign of a legislator from the OBA membership will remind them that we are a collective of voters. Individual donations of money and time are also important to show support for our individual legislators and will build relationships. We need everyone to help keep the OBA B-PAC account funded to show our support for those who support us. Any contribution is voluntary, and the individual will not be given any advantage or disadvantage based on whether or not a contribution is made or the amount of the contribution. Monetary contributions can be made in cash (not to exceed $50 per contributor per calendar year), by personal check (not to exceed $5000 per calendar year)-check to be made payable to: B-PAC, and/or donation can be made by credit card by calling the OBA office or through the payment page accessed at the end of this form. Credit card donations can be made recurring.
