Phabulous Phoebus Pride Fest
Saturday, June 8, 2024
12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
On June 8th, Hampton Convention & Visitor's Bureau, Hampton Roads Pride, and Partnership for a New Phoebus will host historic a vibrant outdoor street festival celebrating Pride month! Handmade works from local artisans, food vendors, craft beer & cider tastings, live music, and drag show!
CRAFT VENDOR INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Application deadline is May 24; applicants will be notified by email by May 26 of their acceptance.
- Accepted vendors will receive an email link with online payment directions.
- Craft Vendor Fees: 10'x10' - $50.00
- Vendor fees must be paid by May 31.
- Booth sharing is not permitted.
- Each vendor is responsible for their own materials (10 x10 table, chairs, tents, electricity, and water are NOT provided).
- Representatives, agents, dealers, or brokers are not permitted to participate as craft vendors (example: Scentsy, LuLaroe, etc.)
- All local laws must be followed.
- All applications are subject to a jury process. Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
- If the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather, no refund will be issued.
