Welcome! I'm Kim from The Parlour Hair Studio, and I am so excited for your interest in IBE®! First I want to thank you for taking a few moments to complete this pre-consultation form. The goal of this form is to get to know your hair and hair goals before our in person consultation. Please complete this form in full and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Lets talk about hair color!

Every set of extensions are custom colored to match your hair. I typically start with 2-4 shades of hair that are then colored. This is a HUGE part of what makes the service i offer look so natural and seemless. These questions will help me understand where your hair is now and what your goals are for your color.

General Information about Invisible Bead Extensions

First time clients:

First time guests can expect an investment of $800-$2,000+. This includes the purchase of the hair (usually only has to be purchased once per year, depending on proper home care), the initial install, custom coloring of the extension hair, cutting your extensions to blend with your natural hair, and aftercare kit. *Coloring of your natural hair is an additional charge.*

These are estimates ONLY. Specific pricing will be given during an in person consultation. Pricing will be based on what is required for your personal hair goals.

In order to book an IBE® install appointment a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the cost of hair is required after our in person consultation. This retainer goes towards the cost of the first appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the service.

You can expect to come in for "reinstalls" every 6-10 weeks.

Reinstall pricing is $200 Per Row.

(Reinstall appointments include removal of extensions + reinstall. Please arrive with clean dry hair if not receiving a color service the same day as reinstall.)

How many rows will I need?

1 Row: Fullness only, no length

2 Rows: Fullness and length (most common)

3 Rows: Fullness and length, for those who have thick hair, or needing to break up a blunt haircut, or for those looking to add A LOT of length
Cancelation/No Show Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If I do not cancel my appointment within the requested time frame, I understand a fee representing 25% of the scheduled service will be added to my profile and must be paid before I book another appointment. I understand if no notice is given and I NO Show my appointment a fee representing 100% of the scheduled service will be added to my profile and must be paid before I book another appointment. *
