* Please note: my fine-line style is not suitable for cover-ups, due to the delicate nature and techniques used. I am also no longer taking bookings for pieces located on the following areas: Ribs, Stomach, Side of Torso and Behind Ears. My working hours are: Tuesday - Friday, 9:45am - 5pm.

What Happens Next?

✽ My admin and drawing days tend to be Sunday’s and Monday’s as I am busy tattooing and being a Mum to my wonderful children during the week! I will therefore be in contact with you as soon as I am able to confirm whether I am able to take on your piece, as well as, booking details such as quote and session time needed and how to proceed with finding a date and time in the diary!
I appreciate your patience and understanding on this - please do not re-submit your form, as it will then be placed to the back.

✽ If your idea isn't something I would book in with myself I will try and let you know ASAP so you can find the right artist for you - I feel it is always super important you are working with the artist who is best suited to your specific style and piece to provide the love and attention needed. I work alongside 5 other wonderful artists at Inkantations who I would be more than happy to provide details of x

Deposit Policy:

✽ All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure a date and time, which will either be £20, £50 or £100 depending on the length of the appointment. An appointment is not secure until a deposit is received, the deposit amount will be deducted from your total on the day!

Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel altogether, however, they can be moved to a new date should you need to reschedule, if the appropriate notice is given :)

The Design Process:

✽ I work according to my schedule of clients booked in, a final design will be sent to you before your appointment, allowing plenty of time for any amendments (if needed)! If you have a specific vision of the design in your head please be sure to be as clear and detailed in your form above as this will help avoid needing to make any major changes!

✽ If you change your mind on design or placement please let me know ASAP as I may need to adjust your time slot and quote. If you change your design to something I would not book in with myself, unfortunately, I am unable to offer a deposit refund so it is best to be 100% sure of your idea!

✽ I am happy to provide up to 3 re-draws of your design. Should your final re-draw not be what you had visioned, I may ask for an additional non-refundable drawing fee, or cancel your appointment and refer you to another artist.

Other Important Information:

✽ Once you are booked in, if you have any questions or need to get in contact - please don't hesitate to contact me via email: emmajaynetattoo@outlook.com, or the studio via phone: 01327358700

✽ I will be in contact with you on the morning of your appointment, however, in preparation for your appointment I recommend the following:

• Eat a big breakfast/lunch beforehand and get a good night’s sleep!
• Exfoliate and Moisturise the area the week leading up to your appointment
• We have an array of sugary drinks and sweets in the studio, however, you are welcome to bring your own treats in too :)

• Dress comfortably and appropriately for our session ( make sure the tattoo area is accessible and avoid wearing clothes near the area you wouldn't want ink to get on).
• I would highly recommend bringing some headphones with you and getting lost in your favourite music whilst being tattooed!

✽ If you are booked in for a longer session (5-7 hours), we will take a half an hour lunch break. We are located on a high street with lots of food options!

✽ Our studio is located upstairs and unfortunately, the building does not have wheelchair access.

✽ COVID policies are currently still in place at Inkantations - this will be explained to you in full at the time of booking and within your confirmation email, however, they include: Wearing a face mask, Attending alone, Arriving on time (not early or late) and Using the sanitising stations around the studio.

✽ IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL (GENERAL COLD OR COVID-RELATED), PLEASE GET IN CONTACT ASAP TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Keeping the other artists and clients safe is paramount and even more importantly, your body needs to be in the best fighting shape to heal your new tattoo, which being ill can seriously affect.

✽ All aftercare will be explained in full on the day, however, to view our aftercare process and leaflet beforehand, please head to: www.inkantations.co.uk/aftercare. I would absolutely love it if you are able to budget an extra £10-30 on the day for one of the studio’s amazing aftercare packs at the end of your session.
