When: June 21st-24th

Where: LV Campground 700 Braselton Hwy
Check-in on Tuesday, 6/21 between 8:00-8:30am

For: All Rising 7th-Graduated 12th grade

Cost: $180

Special Details:

If you already have a season pass for Six Flags, Lanier Islands, or can only participate for part of the week Contact Ryan or Kim for specific prices.

What: Join us as we go to the following events and join the larger church congregation for evening services at the campground!

Schedule:

Drop off is Tuesday between 8:00-8:30am. Students will need to eat breakfast beforehand.

Tuesday: The Water Park @ Lanier Islands (Need $$ for lunch in the park)

Wednesday: Morning - Mission at Wesley Woods in Atlants; Afternoon - Field Day

Thursday: Six Flags (Need $$ for lunch in the park)

Friday: Tubing in Helen (Need $$ for lunch in Helen)

Pick up Friday night at the Campground at 5pm

We will be staying overnight at the Campground on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Nights.

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 9th

Pay with cash/check made payable to LVFIRST, or you can pay online using the link in the confirmation email sent after registration.

ADULT CONSENT:
Student Ministry Staff and the LV|first Student Ministry Counselors have my consent to have my student treated for any medical situation that may occur during a student group activity in the event that I cannot be reached. I further grant permission to LV|first to use photographic images or video recorded footage of my student for Elevate Student Ministry promotional purposes.

I give Student Ministry Staff and the LV|first Student Counselors to transport my student.

I will not hold LV|first United Methodist Church or the Student Ministry Staff, or the Student Ministry Volunteer Counselors liable for any accident that may occur.

I give Elevate Student Ministry Staff and Youth Counselors permission to take the following from my student: tobacco/vaping products, alcohol, weapons, fireworks, and/or illegal drugs. I agree that if my student is found with any illegal substances that they will be sent home at the parent/guardian's expense.
