Registration will be open online until September 21st at 8:00pm however after September 16 at 9:00 pm lunch will not be included. Registration will also be available onsite during the conference but lunch will not be included.

Conference Rate

Attendance at the regular fee for the 2022 KWLA Conference is $125 and includes KWLA membership for 1 year and access to all conference events on September 23rd and 24th 2022 (including Trivia Night, Keynote, sessions and extended sessions).

Lunch and entrance to the Awards Ceremony is included for full paying registrants, presenters, and board members.

KWLA offers discounted tickets for confirmed session presenters ($75) and students ($50). Student tickets do not include lunch.

KWLA will host Language & Culture Trivia Night on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 6 pm to 7 pm. Snacks will be provided.

Language Affiliate organizations will host language immersion dinners following Trivia Night. Information will be provided by Language Affiliate organizations.

Awards Luncheon on Saturday, September 2024 from 12-1:30 p.m. The Luncheon is included for all full paying guests, presenters and board members.

**Check - Please mail checks to KWLA, 838 E. High Street, Suite 148, Lexington, KY 40502 two weeks prior to the start of conference. Please email conference@kwla.org for special circumstances.

**PO - Please enter your PO number in the box below, and submit your final invoice to your school bookkeeper to ensure payment to KWLA in a timely manner.  Invoices will be provided at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference.
