  • Minds in Motion Program Alternating Series Waitlist Process!

Due to the Minds in Motion incredible popularity, we've introduced an alternating series waitlist process to ensure more individuals can experience the benefits of this transformative program.

Starting January 2024, our waitlist system will rotate series between new registrants and returning participants.

    Here's how it works:

Series 1 -NEW FRIENDS recieve Priority & Random Name Draw will take place for Returning Participants as space allows.

We'll prioritize new registrants, opening up the program to those eagerly waiting to join us. For returning participants, we're introducing a fair approach. Any remaining spots will be filled through a random name draw. If your name is chosen, our team will reach out to you directly.

Series 2- RETURNING FRIENDS recieve Priority & Remaining Spots are Open to New Participants ona first come first serve basis.

In the next series, priority will be given to previous attendees who were waitlisted in the previous series. Any spots left will then be open to new participants, ensuring a balance between familiar faces and new friends in each series.

We understand the importance of maintaining the quality and support the Minds in Motion program provides. We appreciate your understanding and enthusiasm for these positive changes.
