  • Registration Policy

    • Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis and is limited to 8 students.
    • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
    • All registration is subject to availability.
    • Students who withdraw more than 1 week prior to the start of the class will be issued a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop will not be refundable. 
    • If a student misses a class there will be no refunds.
    • If a class needs to be cancelled by the facilitator due to inclement weather or other circumstances, students will be contacted via phone and email. All efforts will be made to reschedule at a later date. If that is not feasible, that class will be refunded.
    • In the event of course cancellation due to low enrolment, registrants will be notified 3 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the course and a full refund will be given.
