  • We are very excited to open camp registration for the summer of 2025 which will run for six weeks from Monday July 7th until Friday August 15th from 9am until 4pm with early drop off starting at 8:30am.

    Registration will include discounts for siblings and an additional discount for full six-week registration.

    *Most Important: Please do not allow finances to become a barrier we want to welcome ALL children that want to come so please talk to any Abouna or camp leader if this may be an issue.

    The ages we are accepting include kids starting 1st grade this year up until kids starting 8th grade this year at regular price.

    We will also be accepting children starting kindergarten If they have an older sibling attending simultaneously and parents are able to come to bigger field trips.

    Kids starting 9th grade will be eligible to join as counselors in training at a discount price.


    Prices:

    Early Registration until Sunday April 27 @11:59 pm:

    $300 per week per child or $1650 for full 6 weeks, $250 for second siblings,
    $200 for third siblings and beyond, and 9th graders will be $200 per week.

     

    Regular Registration from Monday April 28th @12:00 am until Sunday June 15th @11:59 pm:

    $350 per week per child or $1950 for full 6 weeks, $300 for second siblings,
    $250 for third siblings and beyond, and 9th graders will be $250 per week.

     

    Late Registration from Monday June 16th @12:00 am:

    $400 per week per child or $2250 for full 6 weeks, $350 for second siblings,,
    $300 for third siblings and beyond, and 9th graders will be $300 per week.

     

    How to Pay:

    1. Online: You will have the option to pay either with PayPal or your credit card by the end of the form which will be required to complete and submit your registration.

    2. Check payable to "Saint Mark Coptic Center" handle it to

    Joann Habib, Nicole Moawad, or Phoebe Metri

    3. Cash

    Please Note in Case of Check or Cash you must get an invoice number from Joann Habib and write it down in the code area to submit your registration.

     

    Make sure to complete all required forms and submit payment and then submit registration form to complete your registration.

    We will be going on one trip per week which is tentatively planned for Fridays but is subject to change depending on weather and many other factors.

    Kids starting 10th grade and above are eligible to serve as counselors which will either be paid or volunteer depending on the needs of the camp

    Dates: Monday July 7th until Friday August 15th

    Time: 8:30 am-4:00 pm with a strict enforcement of a $35 penalty every half hour after.

    Please make sure to send in lunch, snacks, and water with kids labeled with names each day and please apply sunscreen on your children prior to dropping off your child daily.

    Please make sure to include any medical conditions or allergies your child has and if they receive special attention at school or need special attention on your registration form so that we can be prepared to take the best care of your children.

    Week 2 (July 14-18): Fishing Trip Captree

    Week 3 (July 21- 25): White Post Farms Melville

    Week 4 (July 28- Aug 1): Chuck E. Cheese Hicksville

    Week 5 (Aug 4- 8): Urban Air Dix Hills

    Week 6 (Aug 11-15): Splish Splash Riverhead

    In order for this summer’s Camp experience to be enjoyable and beneficial to both the Campers and staff, it is necessary that everyone be aware of, and comply with, the following guidelines. Please review the following with your child and ensure that they understand and agree to each point. Please initial next to each line after reviewing it with your child, and sign below to acknowledge fulfillment of such review.

  • I hereby give my permission for my child/children    *   */         /            to participate in the Church’s Summer Camp Program (“Camp”).

    I am aware and understand that participation in Camp activities involves the risk of potential injury. I acknowledge that I am knowingly and voluntarily allowing my child to participate in Camp activities and hereby assume any and all risks of injury.
    I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims against the Camp, the Church, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and members (collectively, "Releasees"), on account of injury arising out of or attributable to my child’s attendance at Camp and participation in Camp activities. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Camp or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge the Camp and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
    I hereby consent to medical treatment deemed necessary if my child is injured or should require medical attention during his/her participation in Camp activities. In the event of an emergency, I understand that I will be notified of the situation as soon as practicable, at the phone number I have provided below. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation. I hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the Camp and all Releasees from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
