Guidelines:
The Event Center does not have a campground. Designated spots on the grounds on the south side of the horse arena are identified for RV parking which include limited electric, but no hook-ups. Please be prepared with a 50’ extension cord and 110-volt adapter
RVs must be pre-registered and paid prior to arrival. Parking Hang Tags issued by the Event Center with paid dates must be displayed at all times. The rental period begins on the arrival date and ends on the departure date. Permission must be granted by Management to extend the rental period and appropriate charges will apply (including additional stall charges if applicable).
Cancellation Policy: RV reservations may be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event start date and a full refund will be provided.
Due to limited space, it may be necessary to park support vehicles and unoccupied trailers away from RV spots.
PDOC/Clark County Event Center does not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged units or items.
RV Parking is only available to show participants and is not available to the general public.
Event Center gates may close as early as 5:00 pm daily. Emergency exit is available through the Loading Dock Gate by riving your vehicle over the area in front of the gate. If you leave the grounds, re-entry may not be possible until 8:00 following morning. A walkthrough gate may be open on NE Delfel Road. Please ensure you know how to exit the grounds in case of emergency.
The following are not permitted on the grounds:
Alcohol outside of RVs
Dumping of grey water or sewage
Open flame fires
Pets tied unattended outside of RVs/Tents (Dogs must be leashed at all times)
