Craft Vendor Application

LIABILITY: Entrants and participants, by execution of this application, hold harmless ALCOVETS, or any other sponsor or vendor and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives or anyone else connected with the production or assistance with this event from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or participants to his/her person or property. To ensure that we do not duplicate vendors we ask that you complete a vendor application. Once we receive your application and it has been approved, we will send you a password that will allow you to purchase your spot using the PromoTix link at the top of this page. Rules and other information can be found on the vendor application. Once we send you an approval letter with the ticket password you have 48 hours to pay for your spot, after that we will move on to the next vendor.
