  • Is the doorset size correct?*
  • Is the doorset handing & opening correct?*
  • Is the doorset opening direction correct?*
  • Is the door style & skin colour correct? Check door specification requirement against information on the product information area. if unsure.*
  • Is the skin colour correct? Check skin colour against door detail sheet on the door.*
  • Where required, has Smartdor / Auro Sensors and Magnets been fitted in the correct locations?*
  • Is the glazing style and type correct?*

  • Visual Inspection

  • Is the door in good condition and free from damage and chipping around the edge? Check edgeband tape for adhesion*
  • Is the timber frame in good condition and free from indentations and splintering?*
  • Is the UPVC frame weld free from cracks?*

  • Assembly Checks

  • Are the gaps between 2.5 - 4mm between frame and door leaf?*
  • Are all the screws present and square in the hinges?*
  • Are all the screws present and square in the lock?*
  • Are all the screws present and square in the lock keep(s)?*
  • Are the correct intumescent seals included and attached to the doorset?*
  • Has the doorset got glazing in it?*
  • If the doorset has got glazing within it, is this free from damage and cracks?*

  • Final Check

    By marking this door complete you are agreeing that this doorset is compliant and within tolerances. You also acknowledge that the doorset is in good condition and aesthetically finished well.
