-This service is completely customizable and results can and will vary by person, appointments and circumstances (This may include: medical conditions, skin type, skin texture, absorbency abilities, development time, preparation and after-care.)
-The use of spray or self tanning is a skin-safe practice; which can not absorb any further than the first, topical layer of skin. There is no evidence that these ingredients can penetrate the blood stream or hair follicles.
-The FDA has approved sunless tanning for external use to the skin. For professional applications, the FDA recommends protective measures to prevent eye contact, inhalation or ingestion. To ensure complete protection- keep eyes and mouth closed while your tech is spraying your face, unless otherwise instructed by your technician. Disposable Nose filters are available for you to use upon request. SunKissed By Ally utilizes the best over spray extraction unit on the market during all in-studio sessions to better protect you.
-The product being applied to your skin contains instant, cosmetic color agents. These bronzers are temporary and water soluble (similar to make-up) and will wash off during your first shower. Please note, a significant decrease or change in color may occur once bronzers have been removed.
-Bronzers may be transferable to clothing, fabrics, materials and other persons but are easily removable/machine-washable from most garments.
-The main, active ingredient for sunless tanning products is a skin-safe, sugar derivative. This tanning agent is clear in color and may take up to 24 hours after application to fully develop.
-All Prep + Care Instructions can be found at sunkissedbyally.com. Failure to follow these steps could result in a poor airbrush tan result. For best results; SunKissed By Ally suggests waiting 12-24hrs after your service to apply topical products/cosmetics, engage in any physical activities causing perspiration.
-Given the topical nature of this service- your spray tan will last between 7-10 days, depending on lifestyle and other factors. All residual "tan" must be removed prior to any future tanning sessions. SunKissed By Ally does NOT recommend spray or self tanning more than once every seven (7) consecutive days and has the right to refuse this request.
-This product does not contain sunscreen or U.V. protection against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin to U.V. light may increase the risk of premature aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects.
*Spray tanning with a sunburn is NOT recommended and can negatively impact your final results. Please inform your technician if you have had or are recovering from a sunburn in the past 30 days. Your technician has the right to refuse this service with an active sunburn.*
-SunKissed By Ally recommends removing all jewelry, valuables and preference of garments prior to spray tanning, to avoid any material damage.

SunKissed By Ally will NOT issue refunds due to dissatisfaction caused by lack of preparation, failure to follow instructions or negligence from the client. Touch-Ups are available at an additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are going to be late to your appointment please letSunKissed By Ally know immediately via text. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment your appointment may have to be rescheduled or shifted based on availability. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Of course I understand emergencies happen, these will be handled on a case by case basis. A confirmation text is sent 72 hours before your appointment time, if you need to make changes please try to do so at that time.
