Phabulous Phoebus Pride Fest
Saturday, June 18, 2022
12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

On June 18, Hampton Convention & Visitor's Bureau, Hampton Roads Pride, and Partnership for a New Phoebus will host historic a vibrant outdoor street festival celebrating Pride month! Handmade works from local artisans, food vendors, craft beer & cider tastings, live music, and drag show!

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS

- Application deadline is May 14; applicants will be notified by email by May 17 of their acceptance.

- Accepted vendors will receive an email link with online payment directions.

- Food Vendor Fees: 10'x10' - $125.00 10'x20' - $150.00

- Vendor fees must be paid by May 21.

- All accepted vendors must provide copies of insurance with endorsement, health permit, and business license by May 21.

- Booth sharing is not permitted.

- Each vendor is responsible for their own materials (tables, chairs, tents, electricity, and water are NOT provided).

- Generators must be quiet (rated below 65 decibels) and cords may not cross streets or walkways.

- Vendors are responsible for all required City of Hampton Health Department permits and compliance with regulations.

- Booth sharing is not permitted.

- All local laws must be followed.

- All applications are subject to a jury process. Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.

- If the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather, no refund will be issued.
