I understand that I must attend the program and complete all immersive hours and practice hours. I unserstand that the program is 200 hours in length and that I must complete all hours to gain certification.

I understand that in order for my application to be complete, and my place in class to be secured I will need to submit the NON REFUNDABLE application fee. The application fee is $150 if paid before 7-1-22, and $200 there after.
