    ADULTS/SPECTATORS

If a class is going on when you enter, please be respectful to the members in attendance and refrain from conversations until the class is over. We understand you want to catch up with friends, but if there are multiple conversations going on mat side it is difficult for the students

Wait until the prior class is over and it is your class time to step onto the mat. If a kids class is going on and adults start to step on the mat it can be very distracting for the children.
