Housing Installment Extension Form
**The Housing Installment Extension Request Form is for resident's that are awaiting disbursement of their financial aid during the Fall and Spring Semesters only. **Financial Aid Funds are directly disbursed to the Western U Student, NOT directly disbursed to the Daumier. It is the resident's responsibility to make all installment payments to the Daumier. The Daumier does NOT verify that financial aid/loans/scholarships will cover the total housing cost. It is the responsibility of the resident to confirm their funds will cover the cost of housing. Residents can make all payments using the Resident Portal. **Along with this form the resident must submit official documentation. Documentation must have the Resident's Name, Expected Disbursement Amount, and Amount Disbursement Date. *If Automatic Reoccurring payments have been setup, they must be stopped by the resident through their Resident Portal. The Daumier is NOT responsible for stopping any automatic reoccurring payments. Payments will be processed as scheduled if not stopped by the date you have scheduled your payments to be processed. All forms must be submitted by July 21st for the fall semester and by December 31st for the spring semester.
