• DHPH Senior Scholarship Golf Tournament Sponsorship Form

  • Dolores Huerta Preparatory High School will host the Annual DHPH Senior Scholarship Open Golf Tournament on Sunday, May 22nd at Hollydot Golf Club in Colorado City. The DHPH Senior Scholarship Open Golf Tournament is a fundraiser that collects resources to assist our graduating seniors in their college aspirations. In the past, we have provided $500 - $1000 scholarships to our college bound seniors. This is the second year of the tournament and we hope to make it an annual tradition. Players will have the opportunity to win great prizes, including 1st and 2nd place team awards, a goodie bag filled with items of appreciation, and lunch will be provided.

    • 4 teams of 4 golfers
    • 4 mulligans per team

    • Opening remarks at golf tournament

    Junior Sponsorship- $1500

    • 2 teams of 4 golfers
    • 2 mulligans per team
    • Exclusive signage on the 10th hole
    • Company name/logo on all advertising as gold sponsor
    • Banner prominently displayed at golf tournament
    • Promotional item with logo in golf bag

    Sophomore Sponsorship - $1000

    • 1 team of 4 golfers
    • 2 mulligans
    • Exclusive signage on a hole
    • Company name/logo on all advertising as “Sophomore Sponsor”
    • Banner prominently displayed at tournament
    • Promotional items with logo in golf bags

    Freshman Sponsorship -$750

    • 1 team of 4 golfers
    • 1 mulligan per team
    • Signage on a single hole
    • Company name/logo on all advertising as “Freshman Sponsor”

    Ersilia Cruz Middle School Sponsor - $500

    • 2 golfers
    • Company name and logo on all advertising as the Ersilia Cruz Middle School Sponsor on a hole

    Cesar Chavez Academy School Sponsor - $500

    Individual Table at Hole -$250

    • Company name prominently displayed at the hole. Can put up own advertising, but must give some type of prize to golfers. Limited to one on the front 9, and one on the back 9. Game or giveaway subject to pre-approve of the DHPH Senior Scholarship Committee.
