While we love the opportunity to host everyone, our spaces are limited. Previous vendors will have senority but are not guarenteed a spot; with room for new vendors to rotate in as well. Its important to us that we bring one of a kind unique options to our community and will do our best to limit similar items.
Given that Tin Cup Coffee offers food/drinks we have not allowed outside food/drink vendors in the past. We are now opening a limited opportunity but at different rate.
Please give us time to review your application and do not send payment until you know you have been approved.
Things to know if you are accepted.
- Electricity is not provided for any of the spaces. Come prepared with a generator if needed.
- We provide the space and you are required to bring tables, pop up and anything else needed for your set up.
- All vendors must be set up by 8:30am and have vechiles moved.
- Vechiles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area or parking space off of our property. We want to leave space for the customers to park.
- All vendors are expected to stay the whole time duration so all of the customers have a chance to visit.
- Tear down before 2pm is not permitted. Please be mindful of the foot traffic and help us create a safe space.
- Please come prepared to take all of your trash with you and use our main dumpster located in the main parking lot if needed. Please do not fill our customer trash cans with loads of trash.
- You will receive a deadline to pay date and your space is not guaranteed until it is received.
- Payments are cash only and must be mailed or brought into Tin Cup Coffee by the deadline date.
- All payments must be in a sealed envelope with your name and buisness name.
- Space fee is non refundable.
