      Profiling and performance benchmarking for Barangay Waterworks and Sanitation Association (BWSA) managed water utilities will be undertaken in the municipalities without LGU Managed Water Utilities.

       The activity will be conducted in the Barangays within the identified municipalities with levels 2, 3, and mixed levels 2 & 3 facilities managed by BWSAs.

    Objective: The activity aims to assess the performance of the Association/Water Service Providers ( BWSAs) using the set KPIs to determine the needed capacity building activities and technical assistance to improve performance.

    Instruction:

    1. One questionnaire per water service provider in a target to be Filled up by BWSA President/Head 

    2. Each barangay with BWSAs, will accomplish the forms A.1 Online Profiling of R/BWSA-Managed Water Utility.
