Entry Fees: £6.00 per adult £3.00 per child.

In order to take part in this event EACH entrant MUST complete the following disclaimer.

I understand, acknowledge and accept that there are risks and dangers inherent in participating in this event and I do so entirely at my own risk. I accept that the race scrutineer has the right to exclude any vessel which in his/ her opinion should not be permitted to take part in an event.

I also understand that in order to be allowed to participate in the event I must give up my rights to hold the RNLI or Looe Boat Owners Association liable for any injury or damage which I may suffer while participating in the event. I expressly and voluntarily release the RNLI and Looe Boat Owners Association officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or costs, including legal fees, associated with or arising from my participation in the event caused in any way other than through acts of negligence or wilful default on the part of their Institutions.

I appreciate that it is necessary for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution to ask me to sign this form in view of the fact that they are a custodian of charitable funds donated for the objectives set out in the Institution's Charter.
