First Impressions: Outside, rain or shine ensuring that each person who call True North Home, is met with a smile, offered assistance, and possibly even offered a ride.
Connections: At each door, we ensure that every person is greeted with a welcoming smile and prepared to answer any questions that may arise.
Hospitality: The heartbeat of our guest experience. Hospitality serves our church by creating a welcoming enviornment and conversation while serving a warm cup of coffee or anything provided at a special event.
Host: Our Host team ensures that our Main Auditorium is well prepared and that every person has a seat in God's house. The host team ensures that from start to finish, the service flows as it should.
Refresh: Ensuring that the excellence of the house is carried from start to finish, each service. The Refresh team serves to keep the facility clean, and ensures that every person has a first-class experience.
Operations: The operations team provides everyone who calls True North Church their home with a safe enviornment to worship. Our operations team provides security for the congregation at each service.
First Time to Church: First Time team exists to create an environment where people who are coming to True North for the first time can have personal connection, questions answered, and feel welcomed to our church.
