• Your Welcome Email.

    If you pay for your monthly dues by credit card, your welcome email was sent to you immediately after enrolling. If it cannot be found, please submit this form so that we can verify the email address that was provided to have your welcome email re-sent.

    For all other Members:

     

    1. Please remember that the welcome email was sent to the email address of the primary Member as it is on file with your Club.

    2. If you are a new Member at your Club or just recently joined Palmer Advantage, your enrollment can be delayed up to 10 days after the month in which you joined the Club. (e.g., you joined in January may result in enrollment occuring between February 1 - 10)
  • Requesting Tee Times.

  • Modifying Account Contact Details.

    We require that your login ID be the same email address of the primary Member as it is on file with your Club. 

    To update your phone number or mailing address, please enter that information in the notes field.

  • Booking Travel.

  • Retrieving Your Password.  

    Your login ID is the primary Member's email address (as it is on file with your Club).

  • Updating Billing or Account Details.  

    If you pay for your Palmer Advantage dues on your monthly member statement, you can modify your enrollment with your Club's membership office.

    If you pay for your Palmer Advantage dues by credit card, Click Here to login and navigate to "Your Account" section on the bottom end of the member homepage.  There you will find "Update Credit Card" to modify your billing method.

  • Is your Club not currently affiliated with Palmer Advantage?

    Please submit this form for additional support so that we can confirm your Club's participation.
