  • GRADUATION 2026 GENERAL REGISTRATION FORM

  • This form is meant to be filled out ONCE per "FAMILY-TYPE" GROUP WHO ARE ARRIVING AND LEAVING CAMPUS TOGETHER. If your family/group is not all arriving/leaving on the same days, please fill out seperate forms. EVERYONE coming to graduation needs to be registered. 

    If you are the parent/guardian or sibling of a graduate, please fill out the "GRADUATE PARENT & SIBLING REGISTRATION FORM" instead.

    Unfortunately we do not have guest rooms of any kind available for booking during Convention/Graduation weekend due to a lack of available housing. However, we have tent space available which will be given on a first come, first served basis. Other accommodation options are listed below. 

    Note: Current Fountainview staff and students do not need to register at all.

It's important for us to have every guest's relationship to the senior because reserved seating at graduation will be based off this information.   • ACCOMODATIONS

  • Unfortunately we do not have any guest rooms available for booking during Convention/Graduation weekend, due to a lack of available housing. However, we have provided tent and RV site rentals which will be given on a first come, first served basis. 

    For those camping, washrooms and showers will be available on campus and a map of their locations will be provided on graduation weekend.

    There is also a list provided below of hotels in Lillooet that may be able to provide accomodations.

  • Cafeteria meals from Thursday breakfast to Sunday supper will be available at $15.00 per meal for ages 8 and up & no cost for ages 0-7. Meals before or after those dates will be charged at a rate of $10 per meal for ages 8 and up.

    Children age 7 and under eat free. If you have children ages 0-7, DO NOT register them for meals below.

    When you arrive on campus, please pick up your meal tickets from the front desk. You will need to submit the meal tickets at each meal.

    Please note that meal fees are non-refundable.

  • Please refer to the amount in the "Total Amount Owing" box below and make payment accordingly. All payments must be received prior to graduation weekend! Where possible, please have payments finalized by June 10, 2026. 

    Please Note: Payments will not be processed as donations; no donation receipts will be given. All rates listed are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

    To process your payment through etransfer or debit/credit, please click the link in your confirmation email. You will then be taken to the school's portal to process the payment based on your location. 

    Payment may also be made with Canadian checks. If you plan on sending a check, it should be received in our office by June 10th.  Checks should be made out to "Fountainview Academy" and mailed to:

    Graduation is a very busy time at Fountainview and we often get requests about volunteering in exchange for meals and/or lodging.  Unless the school specifically asks you to volunteer during Graduation weekend, we are unable to grant such requests, due to the number of requests we get each year.  If you are here and would like to jump in and help in a specific area, we certainly welcome your support.  Speak with whoever is in charge of that area (i.e. Cafeteria, Janitorial, Grounds, etc.) and they can let you know what help is needed.
     

  • Payment for accommodations and meals must be received BEFORE graduation weekend!

    PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED UNTIL A "THANK YOU" SCREEN APPEARS. You may need to scroll up to see it.

    You will also receive a confirmation email. There will be a link to PAY by etransfer or Credit/Debit Card in the confirmation email.
