Batting Selection
Most of the batting I stock is on a 93" wide roll. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch. For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" inches of the batting of your choice (65" of 100% cotton @ $0.0.41/in = $26.65, 65" of 80/20 cotton/poly blend @ $0.39/in = $25.35). If your quilt is larger than 87" on its shortest side, I have individual king size battings that we can discuss pricing for.

We will not automatically trim your quilt due to the majority of clients preferring them to be left untrimmed. If you would like your quilt trimmed, I am happy to do so! All you need to do is let me know.

Backing Fabric
In order to give you the best results possible, please ensure your backing fabric is a total of 8" wider and 8" longer than your quilt top. This gives me at least 4" of margin on each side of the quilt top. Your backing can be larger but not smaller.

Shipping Information
I use USPS Priority shipping to return quilts (if not arranging pick up locally). It comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number. Please indicate below if you would like me to purchase additional insurance on your behalf (added to the invoice when work is complete). As a guideline, select the estimated amount of invoice plus your materials cost in the quilt.
