Rules for the online show and sale
For the online show, society members in good standing may submit one piece of artwork, which must currently be available for sale. Once sold, you may replace it with another.
By entering this show you certify that the artwork you are submitting is not a copy or derivative, or based on the work of others, and does not infringe on any copyright. Works created from your own photographs, those in the public domain or for which you have received expressed permission from the original photographer are acceptable.
All artwork entered must be original and created by the submitting artist; reproductions in any form are not permitted. To keep our online show fresh, art should be replaced with a new piece every two to three months.
Prices are set upon submission and are firm. During the sale no holds are permitted. A 20% commission to the society will be collected on sales of all work.
You are responsible for packaging and shipping in a timely fashion. It is best not to frame your work or ship paintings with glass on them. You will need to pay for the shipping and then will be reimbursed by the society.
