This is a free service where Oates Energy will withdraw the amount owed on the due date. Due dates will vary each month based on when bills are issued. You will not receive notification when the funds will be withdrawn, but you can call Oates Energy to obtain this information.

You will be charged a return fee if the payment is refused by your financial institution for any reason. (For example, incorrect information provided to Oates Energy, insufficient funds in your account, or any other reason).

You can call and cancel this ACH draft at any time prior to the withdrawal date. If you choose to do so, you will be asked to verify the billing information we have on file for your account.

If you close or make any changes to your account, you MUST notify Oates Energy immediately, prior to the withdrawal date to avoid the possibility of being charged a returned payment fee.

You understand that Oates Energy is a billing services provider and has been contracted to provide these billing services, and that your monthly Oates Energy bills may include charges for utilities, rent and other fees. All monthly charges are detailed on your Oates Energy monthly bill.
