Traveluxe provides travel planning services for the fees listed below:

This cost is per family traveling and separate from the cost of your trip This is non-refundable and covers our research, time, technology, and planning services. Each vacation we craft has many moving parts so depending on your destination and desired logistics, the fee will vary. Your agent will let you know what the exact fee is.

Fees are based on 1-6 people traveling on the same itinerary. Trips longer than 14 nights will vary.

Trip Length:
- 1-3 nights starting at $500
- 4-7 nights starting at $750
- 7-10 nights starting at $1,000
- 10-14 nights starting at $1,500
Additional Surcharges:
- Initiation of planning between 65 and 14 days of departure: $100
- Initiation of planning within 14 days of departure: $200
- Planning initiated after July 1st for holiday period travel (Dec 15-Jan 5) or January 1st and after for spring break (March 1-April 25): $100
- Change Fee: Varies
- Vacation Rental Bookings $300
- Non-emergency assistance outside of regular business hours $50 per request
- Annual retainers are available.

What's included:
• 100% custom-tailored trip based on your individual interests and budget
• Assistance with choosing destination(s), lodging, transportation, and local activities
• Booking and reconfirmation of all travel components
• General guidance on utilizing frequent flier miles (but not booking)
• Concierge-level service throughout: Advice on and assistance with all travel-related items, including dining, spa, travel insurance, currency exchange, etc.
• Full access, via phone and e-mail, to your Travel Advisor during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm).
• Destination Guides (sights, restaurants, etc.)
• Destination specific travel tips
• Peace of mind while traveling with 24/7 assistance available
• For new honeymoon clients, complimentary planning and booking of a 1st-anniversary getaway, to be taken within 18 months of the honeymoon. Only valid for trips to a single destination within the United States, Canada, Mexico, or the Caribbean. Multi-destination or highly customized trips outside these areas are eligible for a $100 discount on typical planning fees.
By signing below, I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party, Traveluxe's Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that all planning fees and un-used portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip.
