Wonder Paws Dog Adventure Park Private Hire - Terms & Conditions:

• Please ARRIVE & LEAVE PROMPTLY
• Please respect the visitors arriving after you and DO NOT linger in the car park after your session - many of our canine visitors are people/dog anxious and it may spoil their session if you linger in the car park
• CLEAN UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR DOG & USE RED POO BINS
• Dogs must be on-lead when entering and exiting the dog park as there are livestock on the farm
• The dog park entrance gate must be kept CLOSED at ALL times
• NO dogs without people - NO people without dogs
• I understand that dog exercising is not without risk to myself, members of my family, or my dog.
• I understand that off-lead exercise of any type is a strenuous activity requiring my dog to be physically fit.
• I agree that, in the event of injury to my family, my dog(s), or myself, I will not hold Wonder Paws (or Beech Hill Allotments) responsible.
• I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs by me or my dog’s actions.
• You are responsible for any damage or injury your dog causes
• Use of this dog park is AT YOUR OWN RISK
• Un-neuterd male dogs must be monitored closely
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Owners are legally responsible for the behaviour of their dog(s) at all times
• Watch your dog at all times
• Your dog must wear a collar or harness at all times in the dog park
• Your dog(s) should be free of any infectious disease and be vaccinated for
• Distemper, Parvovirus and Bordetella (Canine Cough).
• All dogs who attend our Dog Park should have up to date vaccinations plus worming/flea treatments
• Your dog(s) should also be free of contagious parasitic problems, whether internal or external (including fleas and ticks), and is free of any contagious skin disorder.
• All dogs who attend our Dog Park should have pet insurance 
• Perimeter fences and main gate are up to 5-6ft high - if your dog can scale this height DO NOT BOOK IN - we are NOT responsible for escapees
• We do not allow the use of choke chains, shock collars, prong/pinch collars or any other aversive equipment in our Park
• We ask our visitors to treat our Park, our staff and fellow visitors with kindness and respect.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or cancel bookings where our terms are not adhered to.
• Bookings are not transferable
• Cancellation Policy:   72-hour cancellation notice applies for refunds and a 10% cancellation admin fee applies. 
• Weather Cancellations:  If the weather is deemed too bad on the day (eg Orange Warnings for heavy rain, thunder, lightening, winds etc), the session will be cancelled and rescheduled or refunded in full.
• This is a non-smoking site
• LEAVE NO TRACE -  take all food waste and packaging away
• DOG PARK TOYS SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE DOG PARK

Equipment at our Dog Park is designed & built for dog use ONLY - it is not a children's playground & equipment is NOT constructed nor insured for human use
