Are you capable of lifting objects that weigh 25-50 pounds?

I believe that I have the strength & stamina to do massage as well as the willingness to take care of myself physically in order to prolong my career. (It is a physically demanding job lessoned by proper body mechanics & self-care that you will learn)

Students must be able to provide acceptable documentation of their legal status as a citizen, or their non-citizen status giving them a legal right to work. Can you provide such documentation?

If accepted into the program, you must apply for a student license through the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage. The Board's application process will require you to pass a criminal background check. Do you understand that, licensure may be delayed or denied for applicants with a previous felony or misdemeanor; and all applicants with a previous conviction may be required to meet face-to-face with the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage before a license is issued?
