Live from the Rock Folk Festival - 2026 Volunteer Form
The Live from the Rock Folk Festival happens because of its amazing volunteers – thank you for your interest. All volunteers will be asked to commit 12-15 hours over the course of the weekend, August 7th to 9th, 2026 (or before or after the festival depending on your role).

In exchange, all volunteers will receive a weekend pass to the festival, a festival t-shirt to wear while volunteering, a voting membership in the LFTR society, enhanced access to Festival activities, and special opportunities to share ideas, learn, and celebrate with an amazing volunteer team.

Youth volunteers must be enrolled in a high school program in 2026. Student volunteer hour forms will be signed by the volunteer coordinator but it is the responsibility of the student to bring their form to the festival, or supply an on-line link, to have the volunteer coordinator sign off on their hours once completed.

You will be contacted via email by mid-July or earlier. You will be provided with more information about your volunteer assignment. If you do not have an email address please provide a phone number.

We recommend submitting your application by June 21, 2026 or earlier to ensure a T-shirt in your size. We will continue to accept volunteer applications until August 1st, 2026, but a volunteer spot is not guaranteed as positions and schedules fill up.

Volunteer Code of Ethics:
- I will be a responsible ambassador of the Live from the Rock Folk Festival
- I will be loyal to my volunteer commitment
- I understand and will follow the gate restrictions including no alcohol, drugs, glass or fireworks on the festival grounds
- I will treat other volunteers, performers and the public with respect
- I will follow all campground rules and regulations when camping in or visiting the camping areas
- I will safeguard my weekend pass and volunteer t-shirt. These items are nontransferable and remain the property of the festival
- I will not use or carry any alcohol or illegal substances while on volunteer duty.
Volunteers cannot be served at the festival pub while wearing their festival volunteer t-shirts.

Volunteers will follow all environmental policies and practices of the Live from the Rock Folk Festival.
