The No Shows/Cancellation needs to be filled up every time a client No Shows or cancels at the last minute for Coaching/Mindset sessions.
Note: You need to mark the client as No Show in the portal

When a client intends to Pause a program.. please fill up the Pause form and nominate the CSM in the following page.
The Cancellation form needs to be filled up by the Coach/Program Manager or anyone else if they receive a request from the client intending to cancel and exit from the program
