  • Refund Policy Refund before Starting the Package (prior intimation of 1 day is required before cancelling the service) – Weekly Subscriber – Deduction of BHD 5 - Monthly Subscriber – Deduction of BHD 10 Refund before the start of service (prior intimation of 1 day is required before cancelling the service)       

     

     - Weekly Subscriber   If you want to discontinue with us within the timeframe of 2 days from the start date of your package, then we will be deducting the food cost + 30% out of the subscription fee and refund you the rest.If you have availed the service for more than 2 days than the refund couldn’t be proceed from our side.      

    - Monthly Subscribers  If you want to discontinue with us within the timeframe of 5 days from the beginning of your package than we will be deducting the food cost + 30% out of the subscription fee and refund you the rest. If you have availed the service for more than 5 days than the refund couldn’t be proceed from our side.        

    Note: There are no charges for Freezing of service, Client can avail this facility twice in the duration of their package.Please allow us the time of 15 working days to proceed with your refund.
