Venue: Albrighton Community Centre, East Dulwich

The Introduction session on 17th May is 2 hours from 6.30 to approx. 8.30 pm without dog, the subsequent 6 sessions are from 7.30 - 8.15 pm with dog.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FOUNDATION COURSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SOCIALISING REACTIVE (AGGRESSIVE) OR EXTREMELY NERVOUS DOGS. Please contact us to discuss more suitable options.

Thank you for registering for the Puppy Foundation Course. The registration will only be complete once payment of £145 is received and once a space has been confirmed. It is necessary to register in advance as there is only a limited number of places available in each class.

Please make sure that you register for the most suitable location/venue as a transfer to a different course at another venue after confirmation of your registration is not possible!

Refunds can only be give if the course has been cancelled at least 7 days before the starting date. Course fees are not refundable once a course has started, if you cannot or do not want to attend any (further) classes.

The data and information we receive from you on this form is strictly only used for the purpose of the course you have registered for and the email address for further emails as required (see below) and is never passed on to third parties except where required by law.

CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your safety is of a utmost importance to us. So all class members must comply with the following conditions whilst on the training venue, including the car parking areas.

* Class members with symptoms or members who live with symptomatic people must not attend classes.

* We continue to encourage social distancing

* No touching of other people's dogs

* No swapping of treats, or feeding someone else's dog

* All dogs must be kept on lead unless otherwise advised by the instructor

* All class members must bring their own water bowl and water

* It is every member's own responsibility as to whether they want to attend or not. Please make your own risk assessment!

* We will pass on contact information to the relevant authorities if required to do so by law for Track and Trace.

* If any of the classes should fall into a period of lockdown or other restrictions, those classes will automatically be transferred online to be delivered via Zoom.
