Your project site must be located in one of the following areas to qualify for the PIP Grant:

• Central Eastside
• Gateway Regional Center
• Interstate Corridor - Funding unavailable
• Lents Town Center
• Old Town
• North Macadam

Please confirm that your project is within one of these areas by using our interactive map:

4. Check to see if your property is within one of the shaded areas. In this case, the property (represented by a small red dot) is within Old Town (shaded in purple):
   
   
   

 We're sorry, your property is not eligible for the PIP Grant.

• The property must be located in Central Eastside, Gateway, Lents, Old Town or North Macadam.
  
  
• The business cannot be a nonprofit, national franchise, local franchise (with more than 3 locations) or a business where minors are not permitted. Nonprofits in the Old Town neighborhood are eligible.
  
  
• Grant funds cannot be used for construction work that has already been started or completed.
