Trip Details

Trips are offered Tuesday & Wednesday from 9:30am - 1:30pm. Each group is allotted a 1 hr. timeslot, if your group is late to arrive you forfeit that time missed; time will not be added to timeslot. Trips are held rain or shine, in the event of severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule, if a new date cannot be agreed upon the trip will be refunded with the exception of the $25 down payment. Cancellation of trip with less than 24 hrs. notice will not receive a refund, trips cancelled prior to 24 hrs. will receive refund, minus $25 booking fee. Summer trips will be blueberry picking, Fall trips are apple picking.

Allergies and dietary restrictions

Please make us aware of any allergy concerns regarding our included snack of an apple cider donut and cup of apple cider. The apple cider donuts DO CONTAIN DAIRY, EGG, WHEAT & SOY. We are happy to provide an alternate snack option with prior notice. If prior notice is not given we cannot guarantee another option will be available. Allergy friendly snack will be brought in from DEE'S Bakery, if egg is not selected as an allergy the snack WILL CONTAIN EGG.Dairy & gluten free chocolate chip cookieDairy, gluten & Egg free chocolate chip cookie

Terms & Agreement
Cancellation Policy If for any reason Belltown Hill Orchards cancels your field trip we will do our best to reschedule your trip. Extreme weather conditions that would call for cancellation include thunder & lightning, tornado warnings or heavy downpours. Belltown Hill Orchards will cancel by 8pm on the night before scheduled trip if extreme conditions are expected. Field trips will typically take place rain or shine, hot or cold, so please plan and dress accordingly. We have No indoor accommodations.

Cancellation by participants with less than 24 hours notice to Belltown Hill Orchards, will not recieve a refund. Cancellations more than 24hrs in advance are able to recieve a full refund minus the $25 booking fee. Cancellations made by Belltown Hill Orchards will recieve a full refund minus the $25 booking fee.

Arrival policy All participants are expected to arrive on time, There will be no refunds or extensions of time slots due to late arrival. If you are late, you forfit the missed time... trips are 1 hr.

Parking Our parking lot is small, please carpool when possible.

Participant Safety on the Farm Please keep in mind that this is a true working farm, therefore participants must stay with their group in designated locations only! There may be bees in / around picking fields, If anyone in your group has an allergy, please be aware of the risk of bees. Belltown Hill Orchards should also be made aware of any food allergies of field trip participants. Our donuts do contain dairy, gluten, egg and soy ingredients. We are not a nut free facility. Please ask a Belltown staff member about any allergy concerns. Belltown Hill Orchards takes all precautions against possible accidents, however, is not responsible for any injuries or accidents beyond our control.
