CANCELLATION POLICY
READ CAREFULLY!
A MINIMUM of 48 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling ANY appointment. Failure to do so will result in a rebooking fee of half the total cost of service scheduled. THIS INCLUDES FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS!
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will forfeit their appointment time and be charged a non-refundable fee of half the total cost of service schduled.
Should a client "no show" a scheduled appointment, HALF the total cost of service will be charged, is completely non-refundable and will be banned from booking any future appointments.
Should a client cancel any permanent makeup appointment more than twice for ANY reason, payment in full will be required to book any future service.
In the event of a "no show" of a scheduled appointment, HALF the total cost of service will be charged , is completely non-refundable and client will be banned from booking ANY future appointments.
ALL appointments require an active debit/credit card on file. If you are uncomfortable storing card info, full cash payment is required to schdule.
