It will ensure that the service appointment you choose is the right fit for you and your hair needs. After completing this form, return to the new guest page and complete step 4, Book Appointment. We'll review and compare your submitted form vs. the service appointment that you booked online. If we feel that the appointment needs to be changed or adjusted, we'll contact you within 24 hours of our regular business days. CANCELLATION POLICY

It's important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, our stylist lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other guests waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. We understand things happen and do our best to accommodate your unique situation. Thank you for understanding.

Less than 24-hour notice is considered a "Late Cancellation" and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).

As a courtesy, three appointment confirmation messages are sent by text to the contact information given at the time of booking.

Most stylist at The Hairman Salon Co. have appointment waitlist. If we are able to fill your appointment spot you will NOT be charged the cancelation fee. Therefore, providing us with the most time possible to fill our opening benefits everyone.
