If you are traveling to Canada from any other country besides America, and are traveling by ground transportation, the border might, and they most likely will refuse you entry into Canada, if you don't have a PCR test from America. Their explanation is "Your feet have landed ground in a new country, therefore your original PCR test is void, and you must get a new PCR test in the USA". I have already had customers refuse entry for this very reason.
